Premier Group Holds Historic Meeting in Romania: “Move Forward!”

**A Day That Began with Poetry and Was Crowned with Cooperation**

The delegation led by ETSO Chairman of the Board Sezai Irmak included Assembly President Mustafa Emre Alp, esteemed board members, and prominent representatives of Edirne’s business community. The visit was hosted by Premier Group, which operates in Romania in the fields of investment, consultancy, and international business development.

The meeting, held at the Premier Business Center, gained a meaningful depth with the verses of Yahya Kemal Beyatlı recited by Chairman Sezai Irmak:

“Haykırdı, ak tolgalı beylerbeyi: ‘İlerle!’

Bir yaz günü geçtik Tuna’dan kafilelerle…”

These lines brought to the room not only the pride of the past, but also a strong belief in the future.

During the meeting, Tayfur Aydın, General Manager of Premier Vision, delivered a presentation on the business and investment environment in Romania. The delegation had the opportunity to obtain direct and up-to-date information about the Romanian market.

**Cooperation Protocol Signed**

At the end of the meeting, a strategic cooperation protocol was signed between ETSO Chairman Sezai Irmak and Premier Group CEO Ercan Çölmekçi. The agreement institutionalizes the exchange of information and support between the two organizations, while also committing to provide mutual facilitation for members entering the Romanian and Turkish markets.

According to the protocol, Premier Group will provide Edirne TSO members with guidance and support in Romania regarding company formation, accounting and tax consultancy, legal support, market research, and local regulations. Likewise, Edirne TSO will offer guidance to entrepreneurs from Romania who wish to invest in Türkiye.

The parties also agreed to guide businesspeople during country visits, provide support in official procedures, and play a facilitating role in market entry strategies.
